No/Show Appointments
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the service missed.
Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the start of the appointment time. It is on you to cancel your appointment online. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through clicking “View Reservation” in the appointment confirmation that was sent via email. Failure to cancel or reschedule before our 2 hour cancellation policy with result in being charged 100% of the service missed.
Late Policy
If you are going to arrive 10 or more minutes late, we will need to modify the service. You will be charged for the service booked, but may receive a shorter or altered service based on the extent of tardiness. Call us as soon as you know you’re going to be late and let us know how late you’re going to be, so we can try to accommodate your service to the best of our ability.
Children
We can accommodate children only if they can sit quietly throughout the service. We will try our best, but if they cause disruptions, it may create safety issues and disturb the service.
Parking
We have plenty of available FREE street parking right out front on Larimer St, as well as 5 dedicated parking spaces in the back of the building, through the alley, labeled “Clients of The Barberia Shop”.
